Covid 19 and Workshops

All workshops have been adapted to take into account covid related risks. For example, extra equipment has been obtained (eg. brushes and magnifiers) to avoid sharing between groups. Bookings will not be taken on consecutive days in different schools if the same equipment or specimens are needed. If two bubbles have workshops on the same day, then equipment will be sanitised, or double sets of specimens used. Most workshops can take place outdoors if desired, and some are specifically aimed at outdoor learning eg. Rock Mapping.

There will be more flexibility with bookings ie. dates changed if needed, and no penalties for cancellations, due to covid-related issues (if proof provided).  For further details, download Covid Risk Assessment here:
